At Read. Gather. Lead. (RGL), we will guide each other to grow with clarity, structure, and confidence through facilitated group meetings and practical leadership frameworks.
I started my entrepreneurial career as a professional bookkeeper for small businesses. Working closely with business owners inside their financial systems gave me a front-row seat to what truly drives sustainable success: clear messaging, disciplined financial management, strong leadership, and confident decision-making.
Over time, my bookkeeping naturally expanded into coaching because I genuinely enjoy watching my clients succeed. I don’t just want clean books. I want strong leaders building healthy, profitable businesses.
My role inside RGL is to facilitate the group, provide structure, and guide productive conversations. I do not coach members as individual clients within the group.

A Little More About Me
I have been married to my wonderful husband Michael since 2014. We have an incredible son Ethan, who amazes us everyday with his curiosity of life and a heart for giving. They are my grounding force and daily reminder that leadership is about consistency, responsibility, and long-term vision.
As a family, we enjoy being members of the Oregon symphony, the Portland Art Museum and cheering on the Portland Timbers and Thorns, and of course reading.
